Jaowying Beauty - Blink Blink Body Mask Serum

 

Hello Everyone! I know it's been awhile since I last wrote a post, for those who keep up with me on our Facebook know I decided to focus more of my attention to getting my degree in college. That being said, I will still be posting and bringing wonderful product reviews to you. They may however, just not be as frequent.

That being said, today I am bringing you a really interesting and intriguing product I found by the company Jaowying Beauty. Their "Blink Blink" Body Mask Serum is a one-of-a-kind product, and something I never really experienced until now. They make all sorts of weird yet practical products from skincare to makeup. Jaowying Beauty which in English means "Princess Beauty" company originates from Thailand. 

What is Blink Blink Body Mask Serum?

In short it is a gel mask that you can put all over your body. It helps to restore uneven skin tone. The ingredients (such as Arbutin, Niacinamide, Natural Beta hydroxy acide bioferment (also known as white willow bark)) all work together within just a few minutes after you put it on to help decrease skin dullness. It also can help dark spot's on your body as well.

I love knowing it's not tested on animals!

How do I use Blink Blink Body Mask Serum? 

It is really important to know how to use the serum before putting it on. Even though most bottles have English translated on the bottle, sometimes it can be hard to understand. 

First you want to make sure you test an area of your skin to make sure your skin can handle it. It is NOT for those with sensitive skin. To test it - put it on the inside part of your arm and see how long before or IF your skin is irritated from the solution (anywhere from 3 minutes to 15 minutes). After you determine how long you can use the serum, then you can try it on other areas of your body for that same length of time. For example if you started having irritated skin around five minutes, use common sense by not using it on another part of your body more than 5 minutes. It's your judgement, and what you feel okay with.  

For me personally, I had it on 15 minutes and it didn't break me out or bother me.  

 

My Thoughts 

For me personally, I overall really enjoyed the serum. I didn't notice much of a difference when it came to scars or things of that nature. However, it did wonders when it came to brightening my skin. It only took one use after it helped to brighten my skin. It also worked really well on my stretch marks. It only took a couple of times before I noticed results on my stretch marks (those of which I can't take a picture of because of where it is at, but take my word for it!). This stuff has a powerful punch, not to mention it smells great also. It has a nice light grape soapy smell in my opinion, and is clear when you put it on.

While I don't think everyone is a "Jetsetter," I think most can relate when it comes to being the girl on the go. There were three different designs/sayings you could have received; "VIP: Very Important Products," "Contents: Pretty Important Stuff," and this one seen above. Out of the three this was my favorite so it was a win in my book. I thought it was different than our usual monthly bag, outside of the box, and I love it!

I love that the lip pencil is universal and you can pair it with any color. Not to mention it actually works too! It lasted me the whole work day which was really impressive. I also received a sample of "Failbait" and "Bittersweet" lip color. "Failbait" was a pretty pink/mauve color and "Bittersweet" was a purple color. I loved both of the samples and they lasted a really long time almost as long as that of a lip tar. Not to mention it was my first time trying a purple lip color, and I have to say I love it!

Price: $20 for 1.2g (received a little more than a half size 0.8g; value around $11.00)

Chella - Eyebrow Color Pencil in Tantalizing Taupe

"The fine tip on this sleek European-designed mechanical pencil has a creamy consistency that glides into place and can also be lightly smudged for a more natural look. Perfect for any color brow, especially blondes and greys."

I have heard many complain that this pencil flakes, but for me personally it has worked great. So much so that I plan on ordering one of the Auburn pencils as I want to be able to match it with my hair color at the moment. I appreciate the fact that they cater to all hair color shades.

Bare Republic Naturals - SPF 30 Mineral Face Sunscreen Lotion

While this isn't the most exciting product to receive, it is however the most practical. I was a little disappointed in the size of the sample, but I am really impressed with the formula. I wore this in the pool to test it out, and it worked very well.

Luxie Beauty - Tapered Blending Eye Brush 205

One thing I will say Ipsy does well at is picking out tools. This Blending Eye Brush works really well, better than some of my really expensive brushes so that's saying a lot. This brush will definitely get used a lot, and I can't wait to bring out my creativity with it.

NUXE - Rêve de Miel Facial Cleansing and Make-Up Removing Gel

I love the way this smells like fresh honey. Having somewhat sensitive skin I was nervous I wouldn't be able to use it despite what it said in the description, but it didn't bother my skin at all. It also did a good job at cleansing my skin. My only question is what does it mean by 94% of the ingredients are from natural origin? The other 6% is un-natural? ha-ha.

The Product/My Thoughts

Each bottle you receive it comes with a pump, so that way you can squeeze or pump out the oil. I really enjoy this oil in particular compared to past Almond Oil's I have used. It is not only a sweet almond oil, but it is unscented as well, making it easy to blend with other oils. 

I recently tried it for a massage, and it works wonderfully. I have really dry skin, so my back is extremely itchy. Since I've been using it though, my back is not nearly as itchy and is moisturized. 

You also get a really good size (16 FL OZ) and, this bottle lasts a really long time. It has been part of my daily skincare routine for the last couple of weeks now, and I am really impressed with how well it has moisturized, looked, and made my skin feel.

Today, I want to talk to you about a company I recently had the pleasure of working with for the 4th time (I enjoy the products that much!), last time I reviewed their Argan Oil Hair Mask and it worked so well. Here is what the mask looks like inside the container. You get a lot of the product! I'm not sure how many one container makes, but I imagine you could use this once a week for maybe half the year? 

The first thing I noticed about this product, is it doesn't have any kind of weird smell like some mud masks I have used in the past. In fact to me, it doesn't have a smell at all. I then proceeded to apply it to my face. It has a really creamy texture while your putting it on, then once it starts to harden on your face, you can really feel it going to work. You know it is ready to take off once it turn's to a light brown faded color. Once I took it off my face felt tingly all over in a good way, like when you wash your face and you can feel your pores tingling. I also noticed before I did it I had a lot of flaky skin, which it all removed. I definitely can see how this product would be good for fine lines and wrinkles, because it does a great job of tightening your skin as well. I would recommend this product if your looking for a well made mud mask or having problems with dry skin.

I also like using it to put a little bit in my bath water, it not only smells great but it make's my skin super soft! Another great thing to do with this product is using it on your hair. You can put it on your hair 15-20 minutes before you wash it, leaving it super shiny, healthy, and soft! This is one of my new favorite toner's, and when I run out I plan on getting more. For me it work's that great, and out of all of the products I have tried from InstaNatural (I have tried them all!) it is one of my top picks.

I love that their product treat's all sorts of things from fine lines to even smoothing out rough spots. I also can appreciate the fact that it is certified by Oregon Tilth. I like knowing that the product I am using is not only good for my skin, but safe for my skin as well!

My Thoughts

When, I first received this item in the mail and took it out the box, the first thing I noticed was the packaging. The container it is in is a very well made container, and I thought the label's looked very professional. 

I have used unrefined Shea Butter's in the past, so I was expecting it to be sort of hard. However, Skin Ritual's Shea Butter was nothing like that. It was very creamy and soft. The first place I tried it out was my arms. The Shea Butter rubbed in very nicely and absorbed into my skin unlike other's I have tried. I was really impressed by this. Not only that, but it gave my skin a nice glow. Shea butter usually has such a greasy feel to it in my opinion. However, once I rubbed it in, it didn't feel that way at all.

I have been using it for awhile now, and I notice my skin is not only glowing, but so much softer! If you have tried all sort's of lotions and moisturizers for dry skin, then you have to try this product. I guarantee it will make your skin softer, because it certainly did mine. Another bonus, is that it doesn't clog your pores so you can pretty much use it anywhere!

I took a picture of my skin after, I had been using it for a few days. I was starting to get really hard knuckles. but as you see here my skin is really soft.

It is 16 fl oz container, and for me just one small spoon full covered my whole body!
