Bulu Box Subscription Review + COUPON

Greetings! How is everyone today? The product I will be sharing with you today is a box I am quite familiar with, but haven't had the chance to try. That box being, Bulu Box.

What is Bulu Box you ask? It is a monthly subscription service in which you pay $10 a month, and in return you get a box each month filled with 4-5 premium vitamins, supplements, and overall lifestyle items that help in all area's of health. There are two different types of boxes, both costing $10. You can choose the original box or the weight loss box (which is my personal fav). The weight loss box does not only include vitamins and supplements, but weight loss items as well.

My favorite part? Each month you can earn up to 100 Reward Points (which equals to $10!) just for subscribing and sharing your thoughts about the products.

If you wish to subscribe to Bulu Box you can do so by going here, but WAIT! Use coupon code "AMAZING" and get 3 months for ONLY $10!!! That's like getting two boxes for free. I have never seen Bulu Box subscription go this low on their pricing, so if you are interested in trying it don't wait long, because I am sure this coupon code won't last long.

Now let's see what was in this month's box...

FIRST LOOK

(click to enlarge you can do this for all photos)

I was very intrigued by the first look, since one of the first thing I noticed was the voucher. I also love the orange tissue paper everything is wrapped in.

I really appreciate the fact that each box comes with an information card with details about each of the products. I personally think all subscription boxes should have this. It makes things less confusing for the recipient of the box. The other pamphlet included some great gift idea's that bulu box is selling in their shop.

Each time you use or try a product in the box (on the back of the information card) it gives you a place to write down how you felt before, and how you felt after using the product. I think that the "Sample Journal" is great idea, so you can figure out exactly if the product works for you or not.

I would call this more of an extra than an actual item in the box, I have seen these in quite a few subscription boxes over the years. It is a $100 wine voucher, but you have to purchase $60 worth of wine to use it. If you drink wine a lot I think it's a great deal, but for me personally I don't have the extra $60 to spend.

Supreme Protein Accelerate Bar - "These tasty bars were designed as a morning source of protein to kick your metabolism into high gear. Made with natural sweeteners and flavors, these gluten-free sweeteners and flavors, these gluten-free bars come with 15g of protein, fewer than 200 calories and still taste amazing."

This was the first protein bar I have ever had where I actually ate the whole thing, and still wanted more. The strawberry banana tasted like that of a fig newton. I really enjoyed it and am hoping I can find them in local stores around my area. I am thinking this would be a great way to not only to replace a snack or meal, but to speed up my metabolism and lose weight.

Estimated Price: $1.68

OxyLife Royal Flush - "A healthy digestive system is key to improving metabolism and increasing weight loss. Royal Flush helps eliminate toxins and poisons my stimulating the large intestine to rid your body of excess waste."

Sometimes I have really bad constipation. I tried this and then about 24hrs later I was using the bathroom with no trouble. I think it's a really good product. I like that it's an all natural supplement. Some of the things in it include Ginger, Garlic, Cayenne, Jamaican Ginger Rhizome, and Cascara Sagrada Bark.

Estimated Price: $1.00
(bottle of 60 for $29.99)

Probium Multi Blend 12B - "Probium Probiotics Multi-Blend 12B is a proprietary blend that gives you two times the added nutrients and vitamins. Made with 12 billion CFU of a Proprietary Blend per serving of Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum and Microflora. The Veggie Capsules have delayed release and also helps protect probiotics from Stomach Acid. Taken once every day, this capsule will keep you healthy and feeling great all day long!"

I didn't really notice a difference after taking the sample size, but I think this would be great to promote healthy digestion. I would love to try the full size and see how it works for me.

Estimated Price: $3.50
(bottle of 60 for $33.99)

DSpeed Fast-Melt Vitamin D3 - "These fast-dissolving tablets melt within seconds of hitting your tongue to give you the immune support and cellular health benefits of vitamin D3. Dspeed is gluten, soy, dairy, and preservative free."

I try to avoid extra Vitamin D or anything related, since it is the cause of my kidney stones. I think for anyone else though who doesn't have these problems, it would be a good thing to take to help your immune system. I see it being especially useful the colder it gets, and the more that colds are going around.

Estimated Price: $.50?
(bottle of 60 on SALE for $6.95)

Twinlabs CleanSeries Veggie Protein - "This vegetarian protein is great for building lean muscle and suppressing - appetite between meals. This enzyme-assisted formula also helps aid digestion to promote a faster metabolism. Unlike other protein powders, it contains no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.

I received the vanilla, they also have chocolate. I really don't like most protein shakes, however with an added banana this taste just like a milkshake. It's not something I would want to drink everyday, however if you are looking for a good protein shake that helps to suppress your appetite, along with building muscles I think it would work rather well.

Estimated Price: $1.50?
(Available in 1.75 lbs. [about 22 servings] for $39.99)

Complete Nutrition Green Coffee Bean Extract - "From the makers of products like CTS360 and ReFirm, Complete Nutrition's Green Coffee Bean Extract is a pure source of chlorogenic acid, which has been shown to help promoted increase weight loss."

I haven't been using this for very long, but so far it is my favorite item in the box! It gives me a ton of energy without any jitters as well as helps to curb my appetite. I also like the fact that it is a full size product, making just this item alone twice as much as the box costs!

Price: $19.99
(FULL SIZE!)

I love that Bulu Box caters to getting healthy and focuses on all the great products for your body. You really can't beat the price either. You get around $27 worth of products, making it worth almost 3X the cost of the box. Not only is that important, but knowing your doing something good for yourself as well I think is hard to put a price on.

If you wish to subscribe to Bulu Box you can do so by going here, but WAIT! Use coupon code "AMAZING" and get 3 months for ONLY $10!

What do you think about the Bulu Box Subscription Box? Do you subscribe to any boxes like this? I love hearing your questions and comments! Please, feel free to leave them below.

Hello Flo Period Subscription Signature Kit + GIVEAWAY

Hello Everyone! I hope all of you are having a terrific day so far. Today, I want to talk with you about a subscription box for females. Yes, I know I have a lot of male readers as well, but maybe even you, will still want to check this out for your wife or daughter as well.

I love the idea, because I don't know how many times I have had to beg a friend or my husband (who absolutely refuses!) to go out and get tampon's for me. Can you blame them though? No one wants to go shopping for those unmentionables. I have finally found an easy way, so you will NEVER have to leave the comfort of your home for tampons or pad's EVER again! :)

I'd like to Introduce you to....Hello Flo! Hello Flo, gives you everything for your monthly and includes other little fun treats to make that time of the month - well frankly - a little less like hell week and a little more enjoyable.

The Hello Flo Period Subscription Signature Kit runs $29.95. There are two different kit's to start out. This one and another one for a few cents more for someone having their period for the first time (which just includes a little more information). You can buy this kit by going here: BUY HELLO FLO SIGNATURE KIT.

You can also sign up for their monthly subscription service which is $20 a month where you can customize if you want pads, tampons, or both. Also, if you have a light, medium, or heavy period, it can customize your box for that as well. You can sign up for the monthly subscription by going here: Hello Flo Monthly Plan's.

First Look

Hello Flo, comes in this very cute but discreet box that says Hello on the front and then Flo on the side once you open up. Then once you open it up it has a cute little message that says, "Special delivery for your lady bits."

The Contents

Inside are two little cards, one has info about their app to track your cycle and the other one tells you about how to write a review on Amazon if you like the kit. It doesn't have an info card which would have been nice, but it's not a make or break for me either.

Tampax Pearl Active Tampons - I have never tried the active ones, however Tampax Pearl is my favorite brand of tampons. I am happy to see such a good brand in the box.

Estimated Price: $5.99 (based on Walgreen's where I shop)

Always Infinity Flex Foam - This is my first time trying these as well, and I like them. They are lighter than a regular pad, but hold just as much if not more.

Estimated Price: $4.99

FDS Personals - I did a little bit of research on these since I never heard of them, and must say I am quite impressed with the brand. They are designed to wipe away odor-causing bacteria and are pH balanced.

Estimated Price: $1.67

Olay Fresh Effects Deluxe Make-Up Removal Cloths in Honeysuckle & White Tea - I have loved these from day 1 since I have tried them. They do a great job at getting makeup off or if you just want to freshen up. I have never tried this scent before, but they smell heavenly.

Estimated Price: $1.25

Torie & Howard Organic Hard Candy in Blood Orange & Honey - Italian Tarocco blood orange mixed with wildflower honey. These are soooo yummy! I hope to try all of the flavors. You can check out more about them by going here: http://www.torieandhoward.com/.

Price: $4.99

Hello Flo Tampon Holder - This is such a cute holder, I love that I will always have something to put my tampons in it if I need to. It also makes a great makeup bag as well for lipstick or eyeliner, which is what I plan to use mine for....hehe. No matter what you use it for, it definitely is made of quality well-made material.

Hello Flo Zipper Pouch - This is another great and well-made zipper pouch that you can hold tampons or whatever you see fit.

There were also items inside mine, let's see what's inside....

S.W. Basics of Brooklyn - Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, & Olive Oil Cream - According to their site..."Our Cream starts with wild-harvested Shea butter we get from an incredible Fair Trade women's cooperative in Ghana. We add some organic extra-virgin coconut oil and organic extra-virgin olive oil. So it's extremely rich, sinking deep into the skin and staying there. But since all the ingredients are totally non-comedogenic, it won't clog your pores, meaning it's just as awesome on your face as it is on your body."

I love Shea Butter to begin with but with Coconut Oil & Olive Oil makes it the perfect combo. This goes on so creamy and really makes your skin feel hydrated.

Estimated Price: $9.00

S.W. Basics of Brooklyn - Citrus Lip Balm - According to their site..."Our Vegan Lip Balm is just as awesome as our original, minus the beeswax. Candelilla wax comes from a plant, so you can lick your chops as often as you'd like."

This lip balm goes on so easy and soft. I really like that it's vegan too. I would love to try the peppermint and cocoa ones as well. They smell sooo yummy!

Price: $4.00

Two Non-pull Hair Scrunchies - I have quite a few of these, but it seems like I am always loosing them so I can always use more. They are also my favorite, because they don't get tangled up in your hair like some hair accessories.

I really like the Hello Flo Signature Kit, I think it is a wonderful box. I also think the subscription service every month is great for almost every woman. This box had around a value of over $32, and that wasn't including the two bags or scrunchies. Regardless, I feel you can't really put a price on the convenience of the box.

What do you think about this box?

Well, if you liked the Hello Flo Signature Kit as much as I did you can purchase one here or you can WIN one below!!
Please, US Only. Only 2 sets of entries per IP address (meaning no cheating!) FB likes will give you a better chance of winning. Giveaway Ends: 12/16/2014.

Jubees - September 2014

Hello Everyone! I hope all of you are doing well. Today, I am SUPER excited to talk to about a subscription box, I had the honor of trying - The Jubees box!

What is a Jubees box you ask? A really awesome earring subscription company, bringing you a variety of 4 stud earrings each month!

Let's get into the details and see all the goodies shall we?

How does it work?

Each month you will receive 4 pair's of stud earrings each month. Each box runs ONLY $14! They have 3 different plans you can choose from: You can get 1 box for $14 and you can either try it out 1 time, or sign up so that you get it each month. You can also sign up for a 3-month plan and pay a one time fee of $40 and save $2! Shipping will be $2.95.

I really love the fact that unlike other subscription companies, you can choose to sign up 1 time without having to cancel, but still get the same price as a recurring subscription!

Oh yeah, did I mention one of my favorite things? Each pair of earrings are made out of Titanium which is a strong metal, frequently used in medical implants, is is an a great alternative for people with nickel allergies like myself.

To order or find out more info, you can go to their official site here: http://jubeebox.com/

If you wish to connect with them on social media they have a facebook page located here: Jubees Box Facebook and a twitter page located here: Jubees Box Twitter.

First Look

I love how each pair of earrings are packaged in their own pouch. I think that makes them perfect if you want to keep a couple for your on, gift some, or gift all of them. I myself, will be ordering another box, just in case we have any unexpected guest's during Christmas time!

In each box it includes an info card letting you know about their earrings, how to contact them, and how to enter their monthly photo contest. The person with the best picture wins an October box or whatever the next box is, that is coming up!

For me info cards in a subscription boxes are a MUST! I think they give the box that perfect touch.

The Goodies

Each pair of earrings, are wrapped in plastic for that added extra protection. They are on each pair of earrings, however I just want to note this was the only pair I kept them on, so I could give yall a clearer picture.

I like how you can wear these two different ways, as well as make several different looks out of it. You can wear it as a square or a diamond, you can dress it up or dress it down. I think it's simplicity is perfect for any occasion, and the name fits quite well.

I really think these are quite perfect for me. Some people don't, but I love gold toned jewelry. I think these are great to wear on a date with just jeans and a t-shirt or even with a nice cocktail dress. A very versatile pair.

I like the simplicity of these and think they would be great to wear during fall. I can see wearing this earrings, with a nice long bright colored sweater. Even a sweater dress would be great with these as well, so many different options!

These were my ALL TIME FAVORITE! They seriously should have been named Antique Gold Amy...ha ha! I love roses, and I was hoping I would get these. It's like they read my mind, so big shout out to Jubees Box! I will probably wear these until they fall off, and I even fell asleep with them on last night and they didn't bother me. I think this is another great thing about them as well.

I wanted to show you how elegant they look on instead of just in the package, because I think it show's a world of difference.

Overall, I thought this was a fantastic box. The price isn't bad and it make's a wonderful gift or gifts. I was reading that sometimes they include extra surprise item's in their boxes as well, so I'm interested to see if they will be doing that or not. Either way though, I hope to see Jubee Box make it's mark in the subscription box world, and wish them best of luck!

So, I want to know your thoughts! What do you think about September's Jubees Box? Is it something that you or someone you know might be interested in? Feel free to leave your questions and comment's below! I love hearing your feedback. Until next time, Remember To Stay BEAUTIFUL by Staying YOU!
XOXO.

Glossybox - June 2014

Hello Everyone! I hope all of you are having a wonderful Friday, TGIF right? Today, I would like to talk about June's Glossybox, and yes I know its August 1st. Once again Glossybox is late, but I won't hold it against them because as always they have pretty awesome boxes.

If you don't know what Glossybox is, it is a monthly subscription in which you pay $21 a month (sometimes cheaper so check for discount codes first!), and you get a selection of usually 5 beauty products to your door each month. What I love about Glossybox is the value is always higher than the price of the box, and you truly get your money's worth. If you wish to subscribe you can do so by going to my link HERE to subscribe.

"A luxurious body cream containing pure English honey, organic cocoa, Vitamin B5 and shea butter to leave skin soft, nourished and delicately fragranced. Like all Mitchell and Peach products it contains steam-distilled floral essential oils from the Mitchells’ fifth-generation estate in Kent, England." I love the way this cream feels, its very luxurious. To me it smells fruity almost like a peach, but maybe that's what they were going for? The only thing is I have a problem paying $61 for a hand cream. Nonetheless, it is a useful product, smells great, and will not go to waste!
FULL SIZE: $61.00/6.08OZ

Malin + Goetz Mojito Lip Balm

"Flavored with (MALIN+GOETZ) Mojito, our lip balm is scientifically blended to restore and replenish. Our hydrating lip gel easily integrates for daily maintenance, prevention and treatment of dry, irritated lips. Color and Paraben free." I love the way this feels on my lips, and it is very moisturizing. I only wish I had known about this brand sooner, EOS has some competition. ;)
FULL SIZE: $12.00/.36 OZ

Glamglow Youthmud Tinglexfoliate Treatment

"Designed as a 10-minute professional ‘facial in a jar’ for behind-the-scenes use in Hollywood’s Entertainment, Music, Fashion & Award industries, for immediate camera- ready glowing skin. GLAMGLOW’s mud base is from the South of France Mediterranean Sea, home to glamorous Cannes, St. Tropez & Monaco. For Men & Women, all Ages & Skin Types. Use a couple of times a week or simply when you need GLAM-tastic™ skin." This was the one product in the box, that I was most excited about. I love the way it makes my face tingle, and makes my skin glow. This will be a product I put on my Christmas list, (along with several others!) and use when I feel like my skin needs some pampering.
Full Size: $69.00/1.7OZ

Philip B PH Restorative Detangling Toning Mist

"Water-light leave-in toner adjusts the pH of tap water to seal the cuticle of your hair, for a remarkably smooth, shiny finish. Boosts manageability and shine with Apple Cider Vinegar, a natural astringent and pH balancer. A featherweight blend of essential oils detangles, obliterates frizz and static, and imparts a light botanical scent. Spritz on clean wet hair—or use to revive your style anytime!" Don't get me wrong the product works (I've had it before), but it has the worst smell, I have ever smelled in a hair care product. Yes, I realize this is the Vinegar in it. I am told the smell goes away after awhile, but my nose is so sensitive, so I will have to pass this one on to a friend. I do love Philip B products, and would like to try some of their other products.
FULL SIZE: $24.00/4.23 FL OZ

Skin INC Custom-Blended Soothing Serum

"Hydrate and soothe dry, sensitized skin with this custom-blend of four types of ceramides and hyaluronic acids, as well as Skin Inc's patented encapsulation technology. The lightweight serum also helps strengthen your skin protective barrier and its ability to retain moisture." There were three different types of serums you could have received, all which were customized for Glossybox. There was a brightening serum, an anti-aging serum, and this one. I think this one was a perfect pick for my skin, because my skin is so dry. I haven't tried it out yet, because I am trying to finish up my other serum first. I have heard wonderful things about the company though, and I love that you can customize your own serum on their site (the link is above in blue where it says skin INC).
FULL SIZE: $45.00/.34 FL OZ (this is a full size!)

I think that Glossybox did really well this month, the serum alone was twice the amount what I payed for the box! I won't be subscribing next month because of finances, anyone want to buy me one or donate? Just kidding, but no foreal. I would recommend you get next month's because its their BIRTHDAY BOX, and that's going to be something special.

So how did you enjoy Glossybox this month, and what was your favorite product in the box? And if you don't subscribe, what is keeping you from doing so? I love hearing your comments and feedback so please feel free to leave them in the comment box below! :-D

Beauty Box 5 - "Trying It Out" July Edition

Hello Everyone! So, I have been putting off reviewing this because I have had other products coming in. However, I decided to give Beauty Box 5 another month because I only had to pay shipping. I actually liked this box a lot more than last month, and now I am on the fence about rather I want to subscribe for next month.

Beauty Box 5 is a monthly subscription box that includes 5 products each month (hence the name) for a $12 charge. I think it is a wonderful box for people beginning to get into beauty products or wanting to get into the beauty box subscription world.

If you decide you like what I received in my box and wish to sign up for beauty box 5 you can do so HERE.

"Plagued with dry, damaged hair? No more! Restore your mane to all its shining glory with this thick, nourishing cream that delivers results that last for two weeks!" There are some things I like and some things not so much. The things I don't like has to do with the packaging. I thought it was just Beauty Box 5's choice to use the packet, but when you buy the product it comes like this as well. Yet on the directions it says you only need half of it. I'm not one for saving foil packets, simply because it gets messy or dried out. So, its either use it all or not at all. As far as the product itself, I love it! I think Argan Oil is very good for the hair and a staple in my hair care routine. PRICE: $2.49

"Thanks to its lacquered formula, this mascara not only delivers volume and definition, but actually lifts lashes - no curler necessary. Oh, and did we mention that it doesn't smudge or flake? A total steal." This is being raved about by all the bloggers right now, and I have to agree that I like it. It does everything it says it does as long as you put two or three coats on.
PRICE: $7.99

"Put your best face forward! Made with sea salt and energizing marine botanicals, this oil-free cleanser gently exfoliates while protecting your pretty cheeks from free radicals and environmental damage." Cleans well and doesn't strip the skin of all its natural goodness. It doesn't foam but rather a gel, so it just depends on what kind of face washes you prefer, rather you will like it or not. Even though I prefer foams, I do like the way it feels on my face. PRICE: $18 (for 4fl oz.)

Body Drench Candy Licious Lips

"Give your lips a treat! Infused with beeswax, coconut oil, and vitamin E, these candy-flavored lip balms taste like the real thing (without the guilt or sugar rush) and are utterly irresistible to men and small children, so apply with caution!" I could only find this one place online and they sold it as a 3-pack for $21, so I am hoping I can locate the other flavors (specifically cotton candy) at Sally Beauty Supply. I love the way it taste and feels on my lips. PRICE $3.99

"Protect those pretty peepers! With the help of nanomedicine, vitamin B12, and folic acid, this revolutionary serum targets the biggest skin concerns in each ago group to combat puffy under eyes, diminish wrinkles, and regenerate skin cells." I am not sure what is up with beauty boxes and eye serum's lately, but they are always welcome, and when I find that magical one that makes these fine lines go away I will be sure to report! Who knows maybe this is the one? We shall see. What's cool about this one, is its designed for my age (barely) 18-25.
PRICE: $70 (for a 1oz)

So, what do you think of Beauty Box 5? Do you think it would be something you would be interested in signing up for? If you subscribe, what did you receive in your box? I love to hear your question and/or comments so leave them below! And remember STAY BEAUTIFUL by STAYING YOU! :-D
